Hey, I'm Joe.
With over a decade of professional experience in the health and fitness industry, I am a certified master personal trainer, fitness boxing trainer, and group class instructor. My journey has led me to compete and place first in bodybuilding, complete several half marathons, the Blackmores marathon, and the 250km Big Red Run Ultra Marathon.
I started Powa Fitness in May 2024, my mission is to help busy individuals, especially parents and professionals, achieve their fitness goals through convenient and mobile personalised training, nutrition and coaching plans. Whether you prefer a fun chat while training or a rigorous, no-nonsense workout, I tailor each session to meet your needs and level.
I pride myself on the results I will help you achieve through my professional and fun approach, which ensures you feel motivated and stay accountable every step of the way. I have had clients lose 20, 30, 40 and over 50kgs, some who have completed fun runs, and all the way up to Ultra Marathons. Others have wanted to build lean body muscle or train for general health and fitness. I continue to help people every day!
